HOTEL PROXIMITY CARDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Using this system into a hotel the managers of the hotel will obtain:
- A growth of clients comfort;
- The control of hotel personnel;
- Energy savings into hotel rooms.
The system uses Proximity Cards technology.
The Hotel Room Door Locks are electromagnetic type and includes a Proximity Card Reader (Room Readers).
The entrance into a hotel room is allowed only with a card programed to be recognized by the respective Room Reader. To enter a room, a valid card owner has only to place the card nearby the Room Reader.
The system is much reliable because of the lack of contact between the Cards and the Room Readers.
The Room Readers memorize the Card ID No., the Date and the Hour for each entrance of a valid card. Every hotel room has a Energy Saving Reader that connects the Main Supply 230Vac when a valid card is inserted.
All the areas accessible only to the hotel personnel can be also provided with Access Control Readers. The entrance in these areas is allowed only for the personnel valid card owners.
The informations from all the readers can be downloaded to a Central PC (installed in the Hotel Reception) so the managers of the hotel can get valuable information regarding the personnel and the clients.
The Central PC has two different functions: to validate or invalidate the Client and Personnel Cards and to build a Data Base referring to the Clients and Personnel activity.
