Using this system into a hotel the managers of the hotel will obtain:
All the areas accessible only to the hotel personnel can be also provided with Access Control Readers. The entrance in these areas is allowed only for the personnel valid card owners. The informations from all the readers can be downloaded to a Central PC (installed in the Hotel Reception) so the managers of the hotel can get valuable information regarding the personnel and the clients. The Central PC has two different functions: to validate or invalidate the Client and Personnel Cards and to build a Data Base referring to the Clients and Personnel activity. |

PARKING PROXIMITY CARDS MANAGEMENT SYSTEM | ||||||||
After a car enters the parking zone (1) through the (D) barrier and parks the car (2), the parking human operator gives the driver a PROXIMITY CARD which has the Entrance Date and Time encoded. The PARKING MANAGER software installed on a Central PC starts counting the car stationing interval. Before the car exits from the parking zone (3), the parking operator takes the CARD from the driver, place it nearby an EXIT READER connected to the Central PC (placed into CASA). The PARKING MANAGER software calculates the cost of the stationing interval and commands a Cash Register to provide a Fiscal Ticket. After the Parking Operator takes the money he commands the EXIT barrier to OPEN and the car can get out from the parking zone. |
