DOOR PHONE ACCES INTERCOM SYSTEM WITH PROXIMITY CARD READER INCLUDED
It has the following elements:

- Central Unit Panel mounted at the entrance in the block of flats. It has a 12 keys keyboard and a three digit LED display for apartment selection and programing. A speaker and a microphone permits vocal connection between the Central Unit Panel and the interior phones installed into the apartments. A Proximity Card Reader is included into the Central Unit Panel allowing the habitants of the block of flats to enter the main door very easy, only by positioning a suitable card in the proximity of the Central Unit Panel;
- Electromagnetic Lock to block the unauthorized persons to enter the main door. It permits the access only for the persons having cards suited for the Proximity Card Reader;
- Floor Splitters to multiplex the signals from the Central Unit to the interior phones installed into the apartments;
- Apartment Interiors phone type, which can communicate with the Central Unit and also can communicate with any other interior into the Block of flats. These phones are connected using normal 2 wire phone cable to the Floor Splitters;
- Power Supply which provides all the voltages necessary for the system (+12Vdc, +50Vdc). The Power Supply also works with a 12Vdc Battery when the Main power 230Vac is missing.
Main features:
- Simple unlock of the entrance door by placing an known PROXIMITY CARD nearby the Central Unit Panel;
- The habitants can turn on the light on the common stairs from inside every apartment, by using the Interior Phone;
- The Central Unit Panel is made in moulded Aluminum, so it does not rust;
- The maximum number of interiors is 250;
The Central Unit Panel includes a Daylight Sensor, that controls the turn on of stairs light only by night; - Every interior can be placed in a “SLEEP” mode (disconnected for 12 hours) by using the respective Interior Phone Keyboard;
- Every Interior can deactivate the intercommunication with the other Interiors by using the respective Interior Phone Keyboard;
- Every Interior has two Vocal Messages recordings that can be listen by the habitant of respective apartment
Can be easely upgraded to our product VIDEOPHONE DOOR SYSTEM for BLOCKS OF FLATS. Into one block of flats may be apartments using VIDEOPHONE option or PHONE option at the same time;
